Invitations
Joe’s invitations are personal.
Every invitation is a private page built around one specific article. There’s no public list — Joe would never.
1
Joe emails you
A short note about one specific article you wrote or edit.
2
You open your link
It shows the exact sentence Joe suggests, where, and why.
3
You decide
Yes, no, or “Joe, what is this.” The coffee doesn’t depend on it.
Looking for your invitation?
It’s the link in Joe’s email, which looks like linksforjoe.com/hello/yourname-…. If you opened it in this browser before, the “See what Joe wants” button now takes you straight there.
Can’t find it? Reply to Joe’s email and he’ll resend it. For privacy, invitations can’t be looked up by name or email address on this site.
Didn’t get one?
Then Joe hasn’t found an article where he has something genuinely useful to add. He only writes to people when he has a specific suggestion — that’s the whole bit.
About the coffee
Eligible invitees can claim a $20 thank-you for their time. It isn’t payment for a link, and it doesn’t depend on publishing anything or responding positively. If your publication doesn’t allow gifts, please decline. Paid or sponsored placements, if ever relevant, are always disclosed and marked with the appropriate link attributes.
